The room with double bed.

Good choice of savoury food at breakfast time. Comfortable, easy location right in the area we were traveling through.

The beds were cozy, and the staff were friendly and helpful. There were issues like slamming doors at night and a small bathroom which somewhat detracted from the comfort. Breakfast was decent but could benefit from more variety.

The room was very clean and was ready when we arrived !

Bed was super comfy and breakfast was surprisingly good.

The sink and tub was clogged that when my son bathed it overflowed.

Friendly staff made check-in easy. Room needed better maintenance, though. No TV remote!

Very pleased overall, I would stay here again. Everything is perfect here, had a very very good stay for my vacation. The best thing is location - short walk to a restaurants and Hershey and Harrisburg.

We stayed there for a night and loved the place. The front office people were very curteous. Great value for money. Highly recommend it.

I had a comfortable stay! The bed was super cozy and the LED lighted mirror was a nice touch. the reality of the hotel differed from the photos which were misleading.

The staff was friendly and the addressed all of our problems and concerns immediately.

The sheets weren't as clean as I'd like and there wasn't enough shampoo and conditioner for everyone to use.

Breakfast had sausage links on it that were at least a day or more old.The size of the room for what you pay is not worth it. Staff made excuses for the sausage links. One lady who worked there in the front desk area when i brought it to her attention. Told me "she was off the clock and to speak someone else"

Very clean, close to everything, front desk staff nice.

Breakfast was good--but they could not keep up--and ran out of almost every item on Sunday morning. Everyone was waiting for each item to come out and and as soon as anything was refilled--it was gone. The juice was empty, the coffee was empty. The woman on the second day didn't communicate with customers at all. Then, even though there was a 1/2 hour left to breakfast time--and probably 20 or more people trying to get food--they just quit refilling items. As a result, we really didn't get much --and had to keep going back up for more.

Loved the fact they had a good breakfast.

When we made the reservation we requested a crib, I had a 4 week old. Hey there cross ate all gone, cots are all gone, it was a very big inconvenience. We almost left. :(

We enjoyed our stay, especially the close proximity to Hersheypark for some thrilling amusement rides with the kids. The staff was friendly, and we appreciated the decent breakfast provided each morning, although it could use a bit more variety.

In my wife's opinion, the cleaning needs significant improvement. There were constant issues with inadequate towels and overall cleanliness in our room.

Had an awesome group trip! We explored downtown Harrisburg and took a day trip to Hersheypark for rides. The bed was super comfy, and the staff was amazing. They even surprising us with ice cream while we worked in the lobby. Definitely recommend this spot for a cozy stay!

I wished the Wi-Fi was a bit stronger, as it lagged when I was trying to finish up some work.
